Julie joined RIVR in 2019 as the CFO. She is responsible for the Financial, Banking and Human Resource functions. She works with all the teams on project budgets and costs. Julie is also working to streamline and automate any processes that will help the company be more efficient and mobile.

Prior to joining RIVR, she was the CFO at Paragon Energy Solutions, a nuclear engineering firm, responsible for the banking, finance and reporting requirements. Before that, she was the Director of Finance for Jupiter Entertainment Inc, a television production company, for 5 years. She was responsible for all accounting, finance and human resource functions, in addition to finding ways to streamline company-wide functions to be scalable with the business’ needs.  Prior to Jupiter, Julie was the CFO for Cellular Sales, the largest Verizon agent, assisting the company’s 900% growth over the 8 years she was with them.  As one of the first executive employees, Julie was responsible for internalizing and centralizing the accounting functions, converting all reporting to GAAP, structuring the company into numerous LLCs, and creating an infrastructure to support the projected growth.  Julie directed the banking, legal, audit and tax relationships as well as the accounting functions at Cellular Sales. Julie also has a background in public accounting and SEC financial reporting.
