Dee Bagwell Haslam is Executive Producer of the RIVR Media companies. Since launching RIVR Media in 1998, Dee has been the EP for ground-breaking series such as “Trading Spaces" for TLC, "Whale Wars” for Animal Planet, “Renovation Realities” for DIY Network, and "Escaping Polygamy" for A&E. RIVR has created and produced over 3,000 episodes for 21 different networks.

Before founding RIVR, she worked in various production roles with Bagwell Communications and Cinetel Productions, companies founded by her father, Ross Bagwell Sr., cable TV pioneer.

Dee and her husband, Jimmy, are owners of the Cleveland Browns NFL team. She is also part of the family ownership group of the Travel Center company Pilot Flying J. Dee serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Cleveland, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The University Hospitals, Emerald Youth Foundation, Lakeshore Park, and the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business Advisory Council. She is also on the NFL Legislative Committee and the Conduct Committee.
