Adam Neal has been working in the industry for over 15 years.  He started out in talent management and quickly found his passion for unscripted television.  He went on to produce on hit shows for broadcast and cable networks (MasterChef, America’s Next Top Model, and Live to Dance).  Prior to working at RIVR, Adam was the VP and SVP of development at Shine America and Morocco Junction Entertainment (under ALL3Media), where he sold shows to CNBC, National Geographic, Spike, MTV, and more. While at RIVR, Adam has sold projects to GSN, Bravo, Animal Planet, ID, as well as HGTV’s hit series, Fixer to Fabulous. All this said, what Adam is really known for are his mad board game skillz!
