• Dee Haslam

    Founder and Executive Producer

    Dee Bagwell Haslam is Executive Producer of the RIVR Media companies. Since launching RIVR Media in 1998, Dee has been the EP for ground-breaking series such as “Trading Spaces" for TLC, "Whale Wars” for Animal Planet, “Renovation Realities” for DIY Network, and "Escaping Polygamy" for A&E. RIVR has created and produced over 3,000 episodes for 21 different networks. Dee is also the senior executive for RIVR Digital and Nest Features.

    Before founding RIVR, she worked in various production roles with Bagwell Communications and Cinetel Productions, companies founded by her father, Ross Bagwell Sr., cable TV pioneer.
    Dee and her husband, Jimmy, are owners of the Cleveland Browns. She is also part of the family ownership group of the Travel Center company Pilot Flying J. Dee serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Cleveland, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The University Hospitals, Emerald Youth Foundation, Lakeshore Park, and the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business Advisory Council. She is also on the NFL Legislative Committee and the Conduct Committee.

    Rob Lundgren

    Chief Executive Officer and Executive Producer

    Rob Lundgren is the CEO of RIVR Media. He has over 25 years of experience in management, marketing, sales and publishing. He joined Ross Television Productions, LP as Chief Operating Officer in 1999, and then partnered with Dee Haslam to form RIVR Media. Prior to joining Ross Television, he was a managing partner of Venture Alliance, a venture development firm, and spent 11 years developing new media systems as a partner of Whittle Communications. While at Whittle, Rob specifically developed and launched nine publications and media systems including the company’s first international product.
    Rob participates in the wide variety of volunteer functions supported by RIVR Media. In addition, Rob served as founding member and chairman of The City Ballet of Knoxville and is a Board Member for the Johnson and Galyon Company.

    Lori Golden-Stryer

    President and Executive Producer

    Lori Golden-Stryer is the President of RIVR Media. She field-produces, post produces, and is responsible for the creation, development and execution of innovative original series for the company. She is an award-winning, Emmy-nominated Executive Producer and has been creating cutting-edge television for 30 years.

    In 1996, Lori joined HGTV’s commercial film division where she helped develop and produce commercials and interstitials for networks and cable TV. In 1999, Lori joined RIVR Media and helped in creating the hit series Trading Spaces for TLC, receiving an Emmy nomination for the show. During her career at RIVR, Lori has produced over 30 successful series and specials for various cable networks such as HGTV, LMN, The Weather Channel, DIY, Travel Channel, A&E, MTV, TLC, GAC, TNT, ESPN, INSP TV, Animal Planet, Food Network and Discovery.

  • Jerome Jarnigan

    Vice President of Production

    Jerome Jarnigan brings over 30 years of television production to RIVR Studios. He was a news photographer in the 1980's, he honed his skills in telling stories visually and earned many state videographer awards in news gathering. In the 1990’s, Jerome branched out into live productions, including sports and entertainment, as a camera operator where there is one chance to get the shot. Jerome has experience ranging from handheld to hard camera, jib operator to helicopters.

    Jessica Williams

    Executive in Charge of Production

    Jessica Williams joined RIVR Media in 2010 and is responsible for creating the budgets for new television series and projects and client submission Once approved, she is responsible for tracking actual expenses and budgets. In this role, she works with the production teams managing projects through pre-production, filming, post production, and final delivery. Jessica began her career in television as a news reporter and anchor for a cable television station. Moving to the other side of the camera, she continued to work in her field of passion taking a position as a Production Assistant and then Production Manager at Jewelry Television.

    Mark Bellich

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mark Bellich is responsible for accounting, payroll, financial reporting and human resources. Mark joined RIVR Media in 2014 as Controller and has since made significant improvements in the Accounting Department in efficiencies and productivity through various process improvements and software implementations. Mark has also been able to increase visibility in project reporting and forecasting. Mark has over 30 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining RIVR Media, Mark served as Controller for EnergySolutions in Oak Ridge. During that time Mark enhanced the financial reporting and forecasting processes and developed standard pricing for product offerings. Mark started his career with Westinghouse Nuclear in Pittsburgh where he held several positions of increasing responsibility in financial management. Mark has volunteered as a loaned executive to the United Way for their 2015 fundraising campaign.

  • Aurelia Boyle

    Vice President of Development

    Aurelia Boyle is RIVR Media West’s Vice President of Development. She is one of the creators of RIVR Media’s groundbreaking new series Escaping Polygamy, airing on LMN. Before joining RIVR, Aurelia developed for Balance Vector Productions and served as Director of Development for Hearst Entertainment Productions. She has developed blue chip programming for History, H2, National Geographic and Discovery as well as reality programs for Bravo, MTV, TLC, Style and GSN. While at Hearst, Aurelia developed content with Hearst-owned publications Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen and Popular Mechanics.

    Adam Neal

    Development Producer

    Adam, previously vice president of development at Shine America, joined
    All3Media in May 2012 and has developed projects that sold to MTV, Spike, History, TRUtv, Fox, USA and more. These series range from docu-soaps to competition reality to soft format. Neal’s most recently
    announced projects were Tabatha’s Life Takeover for Bravo, Covert Kitchens for Spike, and Restaurant Startup for CNBC. Prior to joining Shine America, Neal served as a producer on a number of top reality series including MasterChef, School Pride, Live To Dance and America’s Next Top Model. From 2008-2009, Adam was manager of development for Hearst Entertainment, where he worked on projects for networks such as Discovery, History and Style. Previously he worked as a manager of development at FOX TV Studios, alongside Executive Producer Anthony Dominici. Adam started his career as a manager of talent and development for Joel Stevens Entertainment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from Webster University (class of 2002).

    Andrew Schnaubelt

    Vice President of Post Production

    Andrew Schnaubelt oversees all aspects of the post-production process from the start of production to show delivery including ingesting, editing, audio mixing, mastering and quality control. Andrew is an award-winning editor and has been in post-production for 25 years. He has worked in post-production for commercials, documentaries, music videos, movie trailers and cable television. In 2005, Andrew joined RIVR Media and applied his creative and technical expertise to editing, finishing and post-production supervision of programming for networks including A&E, Animal Planet, DIY, ESPN, and HGTV.

  • Stephanie Ellis

    Supervising Producer

    Stephanie currently works as a producer on "Escaping Polygamy" for A&E. She was previously the Supervising Producer for the hit series, Renovation Realities. She got her start in television when she joined the RIVR Media team in 2005. Since then, she has helped produce and write many successful series and specials for multiple cable networks, including HGTV, DIY, Animal Planet and Discovery.

    Breana Schiding

    Co-Executive Producer

    Breana is currently the co-executive producer/ showrunner of "Going RV" on GAC. She was also responsible for producing Scripps’s series, “Home Wranglers.” She began her television career as a college intern for RIVR Media. Following graduation, Breana moved to Chicago and worked for Kurtis Productions on several CNBC documentary series, including “American Greed” and “American Originals.” She received a Chicago/Midwest Emmy for her work on NBC’s broadcast of the Chicago Marathon in 2008. Breana rejoined the RIVR team in 2009 as an Associate Producer for RIVR Media Interactive and Moving Picture Books. She returned to RIVR Media’s television division in 2010 and has since worked on “Renovation Realities,” “Renovation Rookies,” and several development projects and pilots.

    Angie Jedlicka

    Supervising Post Producer

    Angie Jedlicka began her career working for “Good Morning America’s Weekend Edition” in New York City. She then worked for “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in Los Angeles and various Scripps Networks productions in the Atlanta area. Since working at RIVR, Angie has worked on "Fix This Kitchen" for A&E, "Catastrophe Inc." for HGTV, "Friday Night Impossible with Jerry Rice" for GAC, "Fat Guys in the Woods" for The Weather Channel, and "Escaping Polygamy" for A&E.

  • Susanna Hoskins

    Supervising Producer/Social Media Director

    Susanna is currently the Supervising Producer of "Going RV" for GAC. She pre-produces, field produces, and post produces episodes of that series. She also handles RIVR's social media and website content management. Susanna has produced many episodes of "Renovation Realities" on DIY Network, "Friday Night Impossible with Jerry Rice" on GAC, and several RIVR Media development projects. She was an AP on "Catastrophe Inc." on HGTV and "Great American Heroes with Trace Adkins" on GAC, and she was a PA for “Fix This Kitchen” on A&E. Susanna initially interned at RIVR in 2010 and worked on “Renovation Rookies” and other productions. After her internship, Susanna worked part-time helping with “Run My Renovation” on DIY and “Run My Makeover” on HGTV, before transitioning to a full-time employee in 2011.
